Cable Safety

The CableSafe® Heavy Duty Cable Stand is the ideal product for keeping wires, cables and hoses off the floor, providing a wire rail system that ensures cable management rails are elevated for safety.
The cable lead stand keeps cables up from to the ground to create safe passage for personnel and vehicles. Cable stands can be used in any location to create a hook up point. The cable stands are often used at worksites with moist surrounding where electrical work is performed, cables require safe routing (e.g. welding at shipyards, mining sites, early construction sites, etc.). Our heavy duty cable stand is made of the best quality. If you want to work in a safe environment, you need high quality cable stands.

A heavy-duty cable stand is a free-standing, height-adjustable post with a lead grip at the top that lifts cables and hoses off the floor to create a safe passage for people and vehicles. It can be placed anywhere without fixing it to the ground, extends to 2.95 m, carries up to 250 kg and holds up to 8 electrical leads and two hoses. Made in the Netherlands, powder-coated safety yellow, and easy to weigh down with sandbags in wind.
Individual cable lead stands can be placed anywhere without securing the cable stand to the ground. These heavy-duty cable safety stands are freestanding and adjustable, reaching heights of up to 2.95 meters (9.7 feet), effectively serving as cable management rails. The cable lead stand features a safety yellow powder-coated finish for high visibility and boasts a weight capacity of up to 250 kg (550 lbs). Manufactured in the Netherlands, these safety lead stands can be further reinforced with sandbags in windy conditions.

Pick the hook by the heaviest single load it will carry, not by hose diameter alone. The static load in the table is the figure to work with; when the load is dynamic or shock-loaded, ask us to check the application first.
No. The stand is free-standing on three 100 cm feet. In windy conditions or on uneven ground, add sandbags to the base for extra stability.
The powder-coated steel lead grip holds up to eight electrical leads and two hoses, suspended in a wire-rail arrangement so each line stays in place.
The pole extends with two levers to 2.95 m, enough to route cables above forklift height. Sizing the spacing between stands depends on cable weight; ask us for a layout if you plan a long run.
Yes. For specific projects we build stands rated between 150 and 500 kg, light enough for one person to carry (10u201330 kg), with options to add weights for stability.
A stand is a single hook-up point you can place anywhere; the bridge spans a full walkway or road with a fixed gantry. Many sites use stands to route a run across a work area and a bridge at the crossing.
