What is the Safety Net Roll?

The Safety Net Roll is AISI 316 stainless-steel netting on a roll, cut and shaped on site to enclose equipment at height that does not match a standard fit-to-size net. It gives the same secondary retention — the object is caught if its primary fixing fails — for irregular fixtures, brackets and assemblies, and is tethered with an AISI 316 lanyard.

How the models differ

Especificaciones

The specification sheet for this article is being finalised. Ask us for the datasheet and we send it the same day.

Which size do I need?

Pick the hook by the heaviest single load it will carry, not by hose diameter alone. The static load in the table is the figure to work with; when the load is dynamic or shock-loaded, ask us to check the application first.

Frequently asked

When do I choose the roll over fit-to-size nets?

When the object has an unusual shape or size, or when you secure many different items in one campaign. For standard fixtures the fit-to-size net is faster because it needs no cutting.

How is the net closed around the object?

Cut the netting to size, wrap it around the fixture and close it with the supplied stainless-steel clips; then tether the net to the structure with the lanyard.

Is the roll certified?

The netting and lanyards are the same AISI 316 material as the fit-to-size nets; lanyard load tests are SGS verified and certificates are available.
