The CableSafe® Heavy Duty Cable Stand is the ideal product for keeping wires, cables and hoses off the floor, providing a wire rail system that ensures cable management rails are elevated for safety.
The cable lead stand keeps cables up from to the ground to create safe passage for personnel and vehicles. Cable stands can be used in any location to create a hook up point. The cable stands are often used at worksites with moist surrounding where electrical work is performed, cables require safe routing (e.g. welding at shipyards, mining sites, early construction sites, etc.). Our heavy duty cable stand is made of the best quality. If you want to work in a safe environment, you need high quality cable stands.
Description
Individual cable lead stands can be placed anywhere without securing the cable stand to the ground. These heavy-duty cable safety stands are freestanding and adjustable, reaching heights of up to 2.95 meters (9.7 feet), effectively serving as cable management rails. The cable lead stand features a safety yellow powder-coated finish for high visibility and boasts a weight capacity of up to 250 kg (550 lbs). Manufactured in the Netherlands, these safety lead stands can be further reinforced with sandbags in windy conditions.

Individual Cable Stand
The cable stand comes in three parts;
- a cable stand base
- extendable pole with two levers
- the lead grip
The top of the safety stand features a lead grip designed to accommodate cables and hoses, suspending them off the floor with a wire rail system. The pole can be extended up to 2.95 meter. The lead grip can hold up to 8 electrical leads and two hoses and is made of powder coated steel. Weight of one cable lead stand is around 16,5 kg (36.5 lbs).
Improved Design For More Stability
Recently we have improved the design of our CableSafe® Heavy Duty Cable Stand. Even though our cable stand was already a heavy duty quality product our engineers found a way to improve the stability even more. By lengthening each individual foot from 60 cm (2 ft) to 100 cm (3 ft) a significant improvement has been reached.
Custom Cable Stands
For specific projects we can create custom cable stands:
- Holds up to 150-500 kg (330-1100 lbs) of (heavy duty wires / heavy duty cables)
- Light enough to carry by one person
- Weight 10-30 kg (25-75 lbs)
- Possibility to reinforce by additional weights for increased stability
