A heavy-duty cable guard is a low-profile polyurethane cover that protects electrical cables and hoses where they cross walkways, driveways and busy work zones. It removes two risks at once: people tripping over loose cables, and cables being crushed or dragged by foot traffic, trolleys and vehicles. The hinged lid opens fully so crews add or swap cables in seconds, sections click together end-to-end with an integrated male-female joint, and rubber corner pieces handle left and right turns.

Pick the hook by the heaviest single load it will carry, not by hose diameter alone. The static load in the table is the figure to work with; when the load is dynamic or shock-loaded, ask us to check the application first.
Count the cables and hoses that cross the path and add one spare channel for the next job. The 2-channel guard suits a single power lead plus a data or air line; the 3-channel regular takes larger diameters, the 3-channel small is for thin cables where a low profile matters most; the 5-channel guard is for bundled runs at events and turnarounds.
Yes. The polyurethane body and 5-bar tread are designed for forklifts, trolleys and site vehicles crossing all day. Check the datasheet for the axle load per configuration and use the ramp-shaped edges so tyres roll on and off without snagging.
Sections link end-to-end through the integrated male-female joint, so a run can be any length. For a turn, use the rubber corner pieces; they connect the same way and are available for left and right turns.
Polyurethane is lighter, stronger and more durable than the rubber covers common on construction sites. It resists oil, chemicals and heat, keeps its shape after repeated deployment, and one person can carry a guard in each hand using the built-in handle.
